The hotel lived up to the brand of Hilton. It was what you would expect - and more. We originally booked a two night stay, but after our first night decided to extend to four nights. The reception staff were very helpful. We had to book the extension online (which seemed odd) but then the staff were able to update things so that we could stay in the same room for all four nights. On check-out we asked for an extra hour because we were leaving by train and didn't want to spend too much time at the station - and again they were very accommodating. The room was very well appointed, with a huge TV - though we didn't use it much, it did offer various English language channels, which was nice after a day of touring. The bathroom was well equipped with complimentary toiletries - much appreciated! Though on our floor, the water pressure was a little low. And the valve to change between the rain shower and hand-shower was difficult to adjust. Two complimentary large bottles of water were supplied each day - again much appreciated. Other hotels should think about being a bit more generous with this quite low cost item. I should mention the included spa, with a lovely pool, gym and sauna included. However, the locks in the locker room were a mystery not just to me but to other guests. They need to replace them with locks that have keys or something - because the combination locks were very difficult to use. Normally I don't get massages at hotels, but in this case I did - and the treatment was exceptional! Treat yourself if massage is something you enjoy. This hotel is centrally located close to the Old Town Square - home of the astronomical clock. Also nearby is the Palladium shopping mall... now normally I wouldn't recommend a mall, but this one includes old roman ruins in the basement! Across the road is the Museum of Communism - fascinating account of the fight to free themselves from Russia.

The hotel was exceptional. It was in the city center and we did all the sight seeing on foot which was great. We explored the city center without spending too much time in transportation. Nevertheless, there is a tram station 1 minute walking from our door. The staff was super polite and helpful. The concierge team helped us book restaurants and activities even in the last moment. When we left for our home country, we forgot unfortunately a bad with presents for our family. We called the hotel, they found the back and posted to Greece. The breakfast was also very nice. Common areas are in a good warm temperature and the pool inside the hotel was around 30 degrees, a great opportunity to relax after a long walk in the city.

Nested in the heart of Old Town, the Hilton is a stunning property both in terms of comfort and location. This hotel did not disappoint in terms of the room size, bathroom layout and comfort. It was exactly how you'd think a Hilton should be. We had breakfast included, which was incredible in terms of variety. You could order your own eggs or get the fried or scrambled eggs from the buffet. There were pre-made omelettes as well. The major attractions such as the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge is about a 15 minute walk. The hotel has cars to drop you to other attractions. We used it to go to Prague Castle, which was well priced. The driver spoke English and was helpful.

Haitham from the reception was so helpful and got out of his way to help us and tell us where to go and what to do. on the other hand a lady in the concierge should have been more frank and help full when we were looking for a transportation to the airport she was insisting that we take a hotel car to the airport costing CZ1200 or a taxi costing CZ900. i told her I read on the net it costs CZ550-650 but she insisted that these are the lowest prices. Later on we were able to book a bolt costing us only CZ470!!!.... she should help residence not market for hotel transportation!!!!

It was my first visit to Prague, and I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The service was exceptional, and the hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the two receptionists, Mr. Muhammad and Mr. Mahmoud, for their professionalism and outstanding assistance. This hotel provided an unforgettable experience, and without a doubt, it will not be our last stay. Wishing the entire team continued success!
